f) Tätigkeits-/Verantwortungsbereich
oder andere Aspekte, die du bei der Suche im Blick haben solltest
4. Plane deine Karriereschritte schriftlich, dabei solltest du:
a) parallele Zielsetzungen verfolgen
b) unterschiedliche zeitliche Optionen einbeziehen
c) dein Netzwerk in die Planung mit einbeziehen
5. Jetzt kannst du für dich wichtige Suchkanäle und Multiplikatoren identifizieren, abgestimmt auf dein Wunsch-Berufsziel.
Vergiss neben klassischen Jobbörsen, auf denen du unbedingt dein Bewerbungsprofil einstellen solltest (spart Zeit und Energie) auch nicht die Branchensuche. Auch Verbände/Organisationen und Vereine wie z.B. VDI/VDE, BVMW etc. können für dich neben Professor*innen und Freunde/Bekannte wichtige Multiplikatoren sein.
Auch Soziale Netzwerke wie LinkedIn, XING sollten von dir beachtet werden = werdet sichtbar!
