About us

The Artologik® Software is developed by Artisan Global Media, a Swedish company. We develop online software for all kinds of companies and organizations. Our mission is to help our customers become more profitable by simplifying information flows. We have sold our products in more than 30 countries around the world, and our goal is to expand further on the international market.

Responsibilities

You will work with tasks within marketing and sales. With your tutor, you will be responsible for developing the company in the German-speaking markets.

You will be working on sales activities:

• Customer contact (answering incoming calls, handling our CRM system etc.)
• Product presentations to our current and new customers
• Finding new prospects and participate in the entire sales process

We reach our customers online and therefore focus on digital marketing, where some of the trainees‘ tasks are:

• Search engine optimization to improve our organic search ranking
• Working with Google ads (finding keywords, writing ads, analyzing marketing campaigns, etc.)
• Creating and performing customer surveys
• Tracking KPI and improving our marketing dashboard

As we work and interact in several languages, our communication needs to be adapted to each of our markets. Therefore, you will be working on creation and translation of texts such as:

• Description of new functionality in new version
• Our website
• User manuals
• Newsletters

Your profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• High level of fluency in both written and spoken German is required, effortlessly communicating with precision and clarity
• Good command of English
• Strong social skills
• Must be able to take initiative and to work independently

What we offer

Artisan provides a fully equipped 3-bedroom apartment with expenses paid (for yourself or shared with one or two other trainees), meal coupons (for lunches on week days) and access to a bicycle during the stay. We also sign for your grant (Erasmus…) contract if you want to apply for one.
